Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum needed to run the service — and we never see your card number.

What we collect

• Email address — for sign-in (magic link), watchlist alerts, and billing receipts.
• Your API access key — the personal key that connects our data to your AI tools. It, and the usage counts tied to it, are stored in our database to authenticate you and enforce fair-use limits.
• Your watchlist — the tickers you choose to monitor.
• Usage counts — number of checks used, to enforce fair-use limits.
• Support & access-link requests — if you email us or ask for your access link to be re-sent, we log that request (your email address) to process it.

Where it is stored, and who processes it

The service runs on Cloudflare. Your email, API key and usage counts are held in a Cloudflare D1 database; reports and site pages are served from Cloudflare's edge. We use aggregate Cloudflare Analytics only (no cross-site tracking cookies).

Three service providers process data on our behalf, each only for its stated purpose:

• Cloudflare — hosting, database and delivery of the site and reports.
• Resend — sends our transactional email (sign-in links, onboarding, watchlist alerts) to your address.
• Our payment partner — handles checkout, billing and card details; we receive only your email address and subscription status, never card numbers.

How long we keep it

Account data (email, key, watchlist, usage counts) is kept while your subscription is active and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request. Aggregate, non-identifying statistics may be retained.

What we do not collect

Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment partner and its payment processor — they never reach our servers. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to export or delete your data. Unsubscribing stops alerts immediately; account data is deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
