Many risk-relevant filings in Korea arrive after the market closes, in Korean. We monitor DART each Korean business day and classify the filing categories our methodology covers. When a company on your watchlist files a share issuance, a capital reduction or an embezzlement disclosure, it reaches your inbox before the next open, with the original document and the company's filing history.

42.1% of the companies our highest rating flagged were later delisted for cause — measured on past filings, not a prediction. Membership is $9 a month at launch — less than a professional translation of a single Korean filing. (Measured on 2,389 companies, outcomes tracked through today — method.)
Fair-use limits apply (rate limits; personal use — no bulk extraction or redistribution). Need the dataset, API or a team license? Email us.
Pick any of 2,647 Korean listed companies. We'll email you its full risk report — the exact page members see — once, on us.
Just want to look? Open its public filing record — no email needed.
One free report per email address — it's a snapshot of the filing record as of the most recent Korean business day. Members get nightly updates and alerts. No spam: one report email, nothing else unless you subscribe.
How are payments handled? Payments are handled entirely by our payment partner (the merchant of record) — your card number never reaches our servers.
Can I cancel anytime? Cancel anytime from the manage link in every receipt; access runs to the end of the paid period. Duplicate or mistaken charges are always corrected — see refunds.
Which stocks are covered? Every KOSPI and KOSDAQ operating company — 2,647 of them (common shares; preferred lines are covered by their issuer's report).
How fresh is the data? Updated every Korean business day, shortly after the evening filing cycle.
Do you recommend stocks? No. We show verified filing history and validated risk statistics — never recommendations.
Isn't there a free English version of DART? There is. Mandatory English disclosure expanded to about 265 larger KOSPI companies in May 2026, and the FSC plans to extend the requirement to all KOSPI-listed companies from March 2027. Coverage is still incomplete across KOSDAQ companies and the historical filing record. We cover all 2,647 listed companies, add a validated risk rating and watchlist alerts, and link every claim back to the original filing.
What is the AI connector key? A personal key that lets your AI assistant (Claude, and any MCP-compatible tool) query our data directly — ask "run 005930 through KoreaStockCheck" and it answers with the filing record.
