KoreaStockCheck is an independent financial data and research service based in Seoul, Korea. We monitor Korean regulatory filings each business day, classify the categories our methodology covers, and turn them into background checks that non-Korean-speaking investors can actually use.

Facts over opinions. Every claim on this site links to the original DART filing. We publish no price targets, no recommendations, every displayed event is traceable to a source filing, and our filing-risk methodology is published separately from the underlying facts.
Transparent validation. How the score was tested against official KRX delisting outcomes — full table, no look-ahead — is published on the Method page.
Quiet by design. Alerts only fire when a stock you watch files something that matters.
